The Boccede raised in the wild streets of racial Halfinger, Chianina cows and pigs, the Cinta Senese. Both cows that pigs are reared organically.

Our company covers an area of about veni hectares within which graze our animals. They are raised in a strictly biological. The basic aims of the choice we made for an 'organic farming are two: - human health, producing vital foods, well balanced with a high nutritional value - the health of the environment, unpolluted or polluted as little as possible.

Organic farming is not farming abandonment, there is a kind of throwback, yet it is the most critically of all existing and new agricultural techniques, provided that respects people and the environment. For this, organic farming allows only the use of natural products of vegetable or mineral, and banishes the synthetic products. All this in the certainty of providing our customers a healthy and safe.

The farm provides the meat to our restaurant providing the highest quality ingredients.
